PRESIDENT

Anthony Varela

Anthony Varela started fabrication at a young age building custom motorcycles, followed by years of working in many mechanical and fabrication fields such as oil field, armored military vehicles, telecommunications, and engineered projects. This early exposure to metal fabrication laid the groundwork for a lasting interest in the industry.

After many years of working for companies and employers that put profit and speed above quality and customer satisfaction, Anthony decided to branch off and become the founder, owner, and operator of a company that places customer satisfaction, quality, speed, and reliable service above all other priorities.

Anthony’s hallmark is providing Manufacturing Solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible and debunk the old adage: “that’s how it’s always been done”.

DIRECTOR OF EXTERNAL PROJECTS

Justin Barrett, Ph.D.

Justin Barrett began his career in academia. For his undergraduate project, he designed and tested a solar-powered, wastewater treatment system. He then went on to earn his Ph.D. in organic chemistry, researching quantum models to predict chemical reactions and designing new pharmaceuticals.

After leaving academia, he then transitioned to process chemical roles, where he designed, constructed, and tested industrial-scale chemical manufacturing equipment and processes. Justin's hallmark is in designing standard operating procedures and equipment that place operator safety as paramount.
