HSF facilities feature several vertical machining centers, including CNC high-speed machining, CNC gantry routers & CNC turning centers with sub-spindles and live tooling that perform milling, drilling, and tapping operations for multi-sided parts.
Precision Welding & Fabrication
HSF specializes in fabrication of component and welded assemblies. The fabrication team has garnered extensive knowledge of TIG and MIG arc welding capabilities for a variety of materials, ranging from high-nickel alloys, stainless steel, carbon steels, aluminum, and titanium.
Flat Table Laser Cutting, Tube Laser Cutting, & Laser Etching
HSF operates a high-tech tube lasers to create perforations, complex contours, and cutting tubes into sections. A variety of materials with varying wall thicknesses and profile geometries can be cut without any additional finishing work.
Our flat table laser cutting machine can precisely cut, engrave, or mark various metal, ceramic, and plastic materials with high-precision and speed, both for manufacturing & prototyping.
Sheet Metal Forming & Bending
Fabrication-complimentary processes include: CNC press, bending, brake, and shear metal-forming processes to produce components and sub-assemblies.
Metrology
HSF utilizes advanced metrology technology to meet all customer quality standards. Our KEYNCE XM5000 CMM is mobile and can be tri-pod or magnetically mounted or surface plated to obtain measurements anywhere in the factory.

Mechanical Assembly
HSF is capable of providing multiple levels of mechanical assembly and finishing. From simple hardware insertions to full-scale mechanical assemblies that require AWS certified welding, to painting, coatings, and finishes to meet MIL-SPEC parameters.
